Why'd you pick your user name?

I've been obsessed with corvids since I was a little kid, and always planned to get one for a pet. If I did, I knew I'd name it Kekmet. I've used Kekmet as a username for a long time- rarely use anything else these days.

I KNEW I knew that name from somewhere. Those books are on the shelf behind me somewhere...Maybe I'll read them again...just to get to know you better.;)

You should!!! I'm actually ashamed of myself, I have only read the series once through. I really need to reread it.

Mine doesn't have the cool story like so many do. TSST is simply the first letter of my family's first names. Me, wife, daughter, son. Have been using it for 12 years before that it was TSS.

For some reason I've always thought your username was like the sound of a snake hissing! Tssssssst.

My boyfriend is just finishing that series up. I've been thinking of reading it too but am a bit leery with it not being finished. Is the ending a major cliff-hanger?

I thought the same thing!

Nice lol.Your like the first person I have met on this site that played guildars. did you loves it like I did?

I have played GW since the E3 for everyone in 2004 when there were still skill crystals in the game. I then became an alpha tester and myself and a guild mate were responsible for the nerf of smiting, 3 times within 30 minutes. People hated my characters. I love GW and would be playing it still if I had anything other than Verizon internet where I live.

LOL, I love the X-Files. MSDR - Mulder, Scully, Doggett, Reyes. And I was born in 1989, so, 89 :)

:) That's funny. I used to be a big X-files fan (still watch the rare marathons on scifi). I had an aquarium and some fish named Mulder, Scully, and Skinner.

Well, I am a fairly big Phoenix Suns fan... and one of their players a few years ago was "Thunder" Dan Majerle. So I used to be "Thunder_Dan" (and still am on a few sites). Some folks kept asking me, "Why 'Dan', when you're a 'Fred'?" So I decided to try to be different. I had recently bought a CD on famous Marches and "The Thunderer" was one of them, so - still in honor of "Thunder Dan" I decided to become "The_Thunderer".

Pretty convoluted and nonsensical, but hey, that's me! :)

My nickname at the race track for many yrs..
Someone asked a track official an easy and
effective way to get his racecar to handle
and the official said "Go ask DaGiant"
and since I'm 6'6" 335, it kinda fit..

LOL, I love them, I have all the adult books they made to go w/ the series, all of the episodes, both movies, etc. It's one of my hobbies more or less I guess :) I named my Uncle's turtles Mulder and Scully, and I have a cat named Piper Maru, named after an episode from the series and Gillian Anderson's daughter. My snake will probably get an X-File's name, that or it will be named after a character from one of Dave duncan's King's Blades books.

It's been a lot of years since I read them, but I think they're all pretty much stand alone novels.

My username came from my favourite out of my snakes, my snow Diamond Lil. She had a very troubled start and I came here for advice. She got her name from a famous strip club because I felt a pink and white snake would be a perfect strippers accessory. (Disclaimer, nope, I never have and never will dance about in scanties with Lil!)

LOL, that's how I am with all of the Stargate series (SG-1, Atlantis, SGU) & movies.

My name is fairly obvious, my first name and birth date.

Met Thunder Dan once in Salt Lake airport in the early 90s. Good guy.
