Found a white wooden box and I figured it'd be a good photoshoot stage... I think I was kind of right.

Thanks for peeking!

(And since he seems to be a favorite here...)

These are all dwarves... Central American really don't get a whole lot bigger than a Ball python... roughly the same size, maybe more slender and a bit longer.

Really? That is good news for when my boys get bigger. Are they laid back like ball pythons or snappy?

As babies they can be snappy... mostly they really become mellow.
Some remain pissy though... like all snakes.
The male blood, who is aptly called Dracula(The count is out for blood tonight! and every other night!) is really -really- high strung.

CA morphs are not as established in captivity and some are only 2-3 generations apart from the wild population...

All in all, they are really mellow.

You got leopards?! I kinda hate you... :p

Correction: I got a leopard, just one, male... buzz off  (though I do have a pair of bloods)
It's so insanely hard to get anything here(not to mention the risk and money).
I am supposed to receive sympathy from all of you Americans and Europeans! :duck:

Very nice! I really like the super dark one at the bottom - she's my favorite. I'll have to keep these in mind, I've been wanting a dwarfish boa for a while now.

Something that does stay around bp size.

It's a He :p
Leopard is the name of the morph, originally from the Sonoran locality boas.

Id sympathise if I had one... but I dont. I did get a lovely sunset thingie for free though :p Did you see Glow Worm?

Yup, responded as well- he looks yummzy :)
Regarding the leopard... it all boils down to how much you are willing to sacrifice in order to obtain an animal.

They are available in Europe... much moreso than here. Here.. he is the -only- male Leopard boa in the entire country. The bloods are the only bloods too.
There's one more Leopard, a female, that a friend of mine acquired... and that's it.

If anything, I envy the availability of the amazing animals that there are in Europe.

You'll have a leopard if you really want one, and you know it :p

Aye, thats true. But I cant stop spending my money on green things that sit on sticks. BORING! :p

Plus I dont fancy making a commitment to any more boas at the moment.

So hush with the hate :p
'Sides, the availability of high quality GTP's here is severely limited. The last shipment contained a few... but none look quite as good as yours, and in fact cost more than the Leopard.

It's all a matter of direction- choosing GTP is awesome... had I seen any hope for this sort of project here in Israel I'd probably have quite a few.

I tried tons of snakes... I did. But boas are simply my absolute favorite.
