15 out of 15 hatched from Lil, aneries, ghosts and snows, some with completely split belly checkers showing a strong hint of masque.
In all, only one egg lost during incubation, no kinks at all this year. The new thermostat and heatcable in the incubator has really paid off. I also went for sealed incubation tubs, no airholes, started off the vermiculite slightly drier than usual and kept a spray bottle in the incubator to spritz the eggs and vermiculite if they looked too dry. No airholes meant no flies on the eggs.
35 babies sold so far. I'm not sure but I think there are 5 or 6 non-feeders. Every other hatchling has ate without any trouble. Thankfully none of Faith's clutch are refusers.
The non-feeders still look good. I won't force or syring feed them. If they don't eat and start to lose condition they will go off to be baby king cobra food. So far I've only tried boiled pinks on them. Now I'll try dish-soap on the pinks next time.
