NEW (NON-CORN) ADDITIONS !!

Walter Smith

CRAZY BOUT' CORNS !!
I have gotten into some other species other than corns over last/this year, such as Western Hognose & Sonoran Gophers and I have also been wanting these for quite a while now and I finally added these little gems.

'Neon Blue Phase' California Red-Sided Garters !!!
(Thamnophis Sirtalis Inferalis)

I think this is one of the most incredible natural wild type snakes around.
I can't wait for them to mature and finish developing their blue coloration.

Pic. 1 & 2) one of the Calis I have.
Pic. 3) one of last years siblings.......breeders hold back.

I think garters are some of the most beautiful, naturally occurring snakes out there (right up there with my dum :)). Congrats on the gorgeous new kids.

True AND I also think Garters are VERY under appreciated. They have become a bit more popular with all the color and couple pattern morphs, but still under appreciated.

Wow! Thos are some gorgeous snakes!

Thanks Kathy !!

Really beautiful critters! I love that flattened head in the last picture.

Thanks !!

Nice snakes! Hard to believe those colors are real and not PhotoShop...

Yes they are, but that's their natural skivies !! If you do a search on them, you will see some amazing looking one for sure.

Thanks, Walter
