Like the title says, and I'm sure all hoggie owners are aware of...my hoggie is being as stubborn little brat. He was eating really well for me and then has decided that "newp i don't wanna". He's refused the last 2 meals. I did purchase some new mice that are different than the ones he was eating regularly...I switched back to try and "newp"...I'm not worried right now, he's still a good weight, just curious if this time of year is normal for them to stop eating?

Curious if it's a western or eastern ?
Mine are eating fine.
I would think most snakes indigenous to the USA could go off feed this time of year and it be normal for them too. I agree not to worry yet.
Beyond that :shrugs:

Very normal. Though I think several of mine are a bit ahead of schedule, some are just now going back on-feed, while two are going off. I'd stretch out food offerings to every 10 days or so, to keep from stressing them too much with it.
