I do not know what has happened to My corn,Yesterday all of a sudden she went into like a freak mode, She was rolling a round and biting every where, Almost like She was fighting for Her life against a predator. She finally stopped and laid there for about a hour w/ Her mouth open. Now her mouth is closed but like every hour or 2 she just starts freaking out again biting in the air , tank and lid.. It is almost like She lost Her sight. Has anyone heard of this or know what is wrong? I hate to see Her so scared and freaking out.. She is 5 y/o and a Butter Cornsnake.. Any help would be great.. Thank You..

I think it might be stargazer disease. Not totaly positive.Something to look into.Best of luck with your ailing corn. I will hope for a speedy recovery.

Sounds more like maybe she was choking on something.
Stargazing is a neurological problem that is mainly associated with the Sunkissed gene. It's not an illness.
Dehydration can present symptoms that mimic stargazing, but this sounds more like a choking problem to me.
Do you have aspen or some other similar substrate in her tank?
How is she doing now?
If she is still acting abnormal, I'd recommend a vet visit.
Perhaps you should make your own thread here http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=8

To me it sounds like a seizure.
Does it look anything like this?

Getting back to the original post...
You have a very handsome snake family! I love the snow(?) and how it appears patternless. Do you know if it is a snow stripe?
