I haven't seen this show, but Steve Irwin taught us that it can happen to even the pros. I don't understand why he denied himself treatment...guess he thought it was an act of god :/
 
Well hopefully his son will see that regardless of your religious beliefs, rattlesnakes can and will bite you and he won't follow in his footsteps.
 
I think God sent a clear message. Stop mistreating my snakes, or my snakes will send you to hell.
 
Sadly I bet HSUS and PETA are going to use this as a lever once again to try banning snakes. They don't care if they are venomous or not.
 
That's exactly what they did. They showed up at the Columbia show looking for snakes but most of us refused sale to them...who knows about the crap vendors though...Kentucky zoo has some of the animals confiscated by law enforcement and many of them are in extremely poor condition and some had to be euthanized....they are NOT good to their animals..
