Had a great day no harm done nancy had a great time and thanks a bunch. I did get the adult female fire het striped ghost from Travis whistler and a bunch of supplies but the snake will be shipped to me in a couple weeks when I get my house. I also got to hold the most amazing corn ever.

Second most amazing corn ever!! But I love her too. I liked how she fell asleep in my arms like a baby.

Glad everyone had a great time at Travis's table this is the first time I met him, I didn't know him before this show he had quite the corn collection. From talking with him I got the assumption he is very close friends with Don S, I am glad he brought so much to offer. I hope I wasn't too crazy with the money I dropped at the show I hope some scaleless morphs will one day cover that investment.

I would be willing to bet scaleless and palmetto will be in my colection within a years time. I am also glad I got to meet some of the legends among men today.

WTH with that?

How come HaluskaChic never ages, never changes?

Infamous maybe. My daughter is the famous one!

Also- just checked- NRBE has now reserved the Ocean Center for August 21-23 2015.

I made it out with nothing! A couple free keychains. I saw a snake hook I REALLY REALLY wanted, but it was >$100...

The La Quinta on the beach is nice. Small, decent breakfast, and as I found out too late, no pet fee or size limit! I think I'll stay here next year.

Note to self................

I think the cornsnake selection was VERY good. If you went there wanting to buy basic morphs, or as high as your wallet could afford, there was something for everyone- and LOTS of high-end morphs. If I'd had $1000 to spend, it would have been super difficult to narrow it down. If I'd had $4000 to spend- I'd have a palmetto! Or even a palmetto morph! Lots of tessera morphs, lots of het scaleless project-starters...Some terrazzo morphs. The cornsnake selection was nice.

That is good news to here.
Hobby entry level tier for everyone....and for those of varied tastes in morphs.

Wish I had gotten in the photo ;(. Yeah I saw you too Dave. I total was running around lol. I was looking for the USARK table at the time I believe so I could get in on the 50/50 raffle. That table needs better signs lol. I do feel like a kid in a candy shop at NRBE though lol

One of two of my only living show pick ups. Female Spinner Ball

I had a great time as always. Love getting a chance to catch up with my friends that I only get to see once a year in Daytona (and even the ones here in Florida that I only see sporadically). To me - that time spent with friends is even better than the show itself. I love my cornsnake friends! Always a good time, at the hotel, at dinner - more great and funny memories and stories.

I agree that there really was a good selection of corns this year. I was a bad girl and brought home three new snakes - nothing fancy, just "pretty". I still have that same bad habit... LOL. I got a beautiful fire from Travis as well as a sweet little anery motley. And I picked up a male thayeri from Gourmet Rodent. And if only I was willing to bring myself to drop big money - the same guy was there this year with my cat geckos. I still want one SO bad, but can't bring myself to spend $250 for a gecko yet.

And Dave - believe me - I do age... LOL! Wish I didn't!

I also think we need to "bring Daytona back" and get more of our group out there again. I would love to see a large number of us get together again so maybe we could hold our own raffles and such as we have in the past.

I'm jealous! Looks like it was a great time! Scheduling my vacation to make it to next year's show! :D

So I might have missed it, but did Wayne say he was going to do it again next year?
