Jolie the beardie's identity crisis...

Cegninedorf

Twang'em into trees!
Sooooooo...Jolie has been having a bit of an identity crisis lately. :p

Here's Jolie thinking that she might look good with a goatee (with most of her face preparing to shed!)...

And here's Jolie debating the wonders of botox...

(If I have to feed her baby food, I might as well have fun with it!)

How cute! She looks like a gothic version of a geisha in the 1st picture. The second gives her an Angelina Jolie affect. Any coincidence with her name?

Nope, nope, nope...:nope: I was thrilled, though, when I took her to my vet, and he came into the room & instantly made the connection, "Ah, so here is Jolie...and I can see why! She is so very jolie!" "Jolie" is French for "pretty"...I give just about all of my pets names that are adjectives or nouns in other languages...:)

Thanks, though!

Cute! Do I _want_ to know what you're feeding her???

The goatee photo's food is a mixture that I made up with mashed greens in it, thus darkening it considerably. Although it may have been very good for her (with lots of vitamins & stuff mixed in), it smelled absolutely foul, and so I never made it again...:p

The botox photo's food is pureed turkey. :)

Btw, I nearly called this thread, "Look, Nanci!" because I knew that you'd appreciate it, if no one else...

Isabel would never allow food to touch her like that...

LOL neither would mine! I would have a polka dot kitchen LOL

Most of the time, I just toss Jolie in the bathroom sink & away we go with feeding time...:) She normally just takes her sweet time to lap it all up & will lap it off of the spoon, but when she starts to go a little too slowly or not at all, then I begin to decorate...;) (I think that she began to realize that taking it off of the spoon was a lot nicer than when I had to force-feed her, and she decided the lesser of the evils was the spoon, even if messy...:p )
