I was just wanting to see if any of you have heard from the California Corn Snake breeder, Joe Pierce. He used to be very active on this forum. But recently , have not seen him on here ? It's been several months since his last post.

I purchased some hatchlings from him this past fall, and I was really pleased with his animals.

I hope everything is ok with him .

That's ok. We can talk about how amazing his bloodreds are and he sisn't here to defend himself.

I got a shipment from him just before the holidays (keepers - nobody is getting any of these, lol!) Got some lavas with various hets, an ice, and a pair of bloods, het pied side. Very nice animals!

He was hard to get hold of by email. I forget what he said, but I think it might have been family problems that caused him some out of town travel. Haven't talked to him since the holidays though.

Kathy ,

Glad you got your animals. I'm also glad that you and a few others have at least heard from him. I know on the other forum, he hasan't posted since 9-25-07 . From his previous postings, it seemed like he had a bunch of difffrent breedings in the works. I thought we might have heard some results from those breedings by now. We never know whats going on in peoples lives, and there are other things besides corns I suppose.

It seems that the wildfires in California didn't have an affect on him, so thats great news.
Thanks for the replys everyone. Hopefully we will hear from him in the future, when things settle down.

Stephen
