You guys are going to think I am crazy but I do not like cheese. I usually get pepperoni without cheese. Now, I will eat it when I am with friends but I just don't like it that much!

Oh, gawd, YES! I never knew such pizza-related bliss until I walked in Giordano's, and I only like to get just cheese deep dish...everyone who comes to visit me here gets to go to Giordano's. And, needless to say, they all love it. :bird:
Second best in Chicago, I'd have to say, would be the Ricobene's in Little Italy -- the one that all the cops & Daley go to for lunch. The crust is literally too die for -- you can actually feel your arteries clog as you savor that divine piece of heaven.![]()

Fridays is often Pizza Night here. We make our own (cheat and get packaged crust, though) to our own liking. On mine, if one slice of pepperoni isn't physically touching at least 3 others, I add more. Then mozzarella, a little cheddar, maybe some jack. If you can see any of the pepperoni... more cheese.
