My ninja kittens

Mice! They taste so nice!
My youngest boy has totally stolen my kittens! The girls ignore me unless I'm feeding them, but curl up to sleep with him. He's renamed Paddy as Maisie, which she answers to! They'll have their first injections next week, so are confined indoors for now. Litter trained so no accidents at all. They're getting more active and playful in between sleeping sessions, and leap on each other in moves that would make a ninja weep.

My dog has been really good with the kittens too, she knows 'leave it' from when we've had degus or guinea pigs running around. I've seen the kittens using her as a sleeping cushion, which alarmed her because she thought she'd be told off for touching them. I would have got a photo but I had to rescue her because she was so upset!

Cute. We just had a kitten in our house for a few weeks because we were socializing her to other animals and transitioning her to solid food (someone found this kitten and it was quite young). She left yesterday and we kind of miss the little hopper, but on the other hand, no one was chewing on my feet this morning while I was trying to sleep. :)

Awwwww what a good puppy :)

I'd forgot how much fun kittens are! The last kittens I had was 20 years ago, Bob the foster cat was already just under a year when he came to live with us, Ralph the rescue is a grumpy old adult. (Both adult cats are horrified by the kittens)

Cute kittens Janine. They really are some fun creatures. I like the little bit of insanity in a kitten that makes it walk into a room like normal...then leap and attack the bare wall.

Too cute, I'm stricken with jelousy..... we aren't allowed to have cats at our place because apparently they destroy whole houses within mere minutes. Ohhhh well the landlord makes the rules. At least he lets me keep snakes :D

That second shot is priceless! I think I like the darker one best :)

I just loooooooooooooooooooooooooooove kittens, second best are full-grown cats! ;) Ohmigoodness, your kittens are cute -- I'd take either any day, and I agree: that second shot is charming beyond belief!

Little does he know that your snakes have retractable claws and they're ripping holes in the carpet as we speak. muahahaha. :eatsmiley

when i saw the last picture the first thing that popped in my head is "pieballed tabby". 2nd pic made me laugh.

The girls are growing fast. Don't be fooled by the innocent expressions, they have graduated from kitten food to stealing the dog's raw meaty bones diet. Eating chicken portions is accompanied by the sound of growling like mini tasmanian devils!
