I had this visitor this afternoon, so I thought I would shoot a few pics. We usually see them in groups, but I guess this girl decided to venture off on her own today. I've seen 6 at once already.
She is only about 20 - 30 yards off my back porch.

Hello beautiful! Deer are one of my favorite animals. I just find them so captivating...kind of like snakes!

Sheez, and here I have to "hike" a 1/2 mile or more into any given deer stand I hunt. Not to mention the drive depending on where we choose to hunt that weekend!!

Bow season is just around the corner!! Thanks for sharing the pics, they are magnificent animals.
