What kind of finches do you have? I used to breed Gouldians, Spice, Cordon-Blus, and some others (sorry about the spelling, mine sucks big time..LOL) .....actually had a 12 ft wall avery about the same dimensions as this cage only not was wide.

Wow... You got a big snake and she's pretty... Your cage is awesome...I want to be able to make my own cages... Maybe I'll try sometime...
 
That is friggin' awesome!!!!! I am trying to gear up to build an iggy enclosure and I would be THRILLED to be able to do something like that......but I have never built anything before!

Wow, that is BEAUTIFUL! Do you have any progression pictures? I love the before and after shots, I'd be cool to see a few in between shots with a bit of commentary.

That's dedication right there, I love how MASSIVE that thing is. Funny thing is, I know some people build tanks that large for Poision Dart Frogs. :laugh:
 
Thanks much everyone. One thing that I know about retics is they are a much more active python, and they are semi-arboreal. These two traits together make having a larger than average cage a "need" not a want (Of course this is opinion, which some may not agree with) She makes full use of the cages hieght in fact more often than not she is coiled up on the intersection of logs.

I do have full progression pictures I will try to get those up soon.
