Can I see some pics of Normals?

I have no idea what drab means, but here's a few pics anyway...

i know you already know this, but some other people might not. that last pic (the one in my quote) is a aztec normal.

anyways, twister had a bit of a photoshoot yesterday. i'll post some of the pictures on here as soon as i get them off of my camara. all of the pics, as well as some of the older ones, are/ will be in his progression thread (see link at the bottom of my page, in my signature)

let me try and upload those pics now...

Btw... I'm in no way implying anyone's snake is ugly. LOL, I just don't think these guys get the attention they deserve

yeah.. I'm talking about the ones only a mother could love. the 'ugly' ones

haha. well idk if my boy twister would be considered ugly, but i sure dont think so. you might check his progression thread (the link at the bottom of my sig) if u want to see some pics of normals. i just posted about 30 more pics on there, enjoy!

Here is a better pic:

that guy does have quite a bit of color. does he have any okeetee in his ancestry? if i had jsut seen a picture of him, and u not said it was a normal. i'd have guessed okeetee.

also, in that pic, it looks like he just swalled some food. its a bad idea to pick them up right after feeding, especially before he even completely swallows it. he might regurgitate it, which is bad for his health, and no fun for you either

Agreed, it does look like an Okee, but a lot of corns towards the coast even in my state look like that. This is the reason some (won't mention any names...;)) like to keep locality Okeetees.

My guess is that he fed it on his arm, seeing as it had just finished swallowing. Not a practice I recommend or do, but folks "can" and I presume the owner knows the animal and what they're doing.

Yeah, he had just eaten off my arm. I do it all the time, with no ill effects. I know several Kingsnake breeders who have done it for years with their snakes. This is not to start an argument at all, but my corn has never regurged.

Love all the pics of the Normals. I don't know if he has any Okeetee in him, since I picked it up at a local pet shop. I sure would love an Abbott's, though. those are my favorite Corns.

Here he is midway in his dinner:

My Kingsnake will feed like this, but my Milk Snake won't. It's all about what the snake feels secure in doing.
