Hi Everyone,
We just got our first babies of the season. Just like last year they are not Cornsnakes. Last year our first ones were Spotted Pythons. This year it is the Gray Ratsnakes. These were from pairing a................

0.1 White Oak x 1.0 "Malt Phase" White Oak​

PJ was putting away a clutch of Cornsnake eggs in the incubator and happen to see this little guy looking back at her through the bin. All the eggs are in great shape and all should hatch. Here are a few pictures I thought I would share. Thanks for looking and I hope you like.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I will keep you posted as other emerge. This little one has a pretty light background color and I am hoping others will be lighter.

When I got the call last night I was Wicked Excited!!!!
I am Happy to be the first to know besides you to...lol...
I told Grafton that his new lady would be hatching pretty soon..
The one that has hatched is looking amazing!!..I cant wait to get one!!
Whoo HOO!!..

I am actually hiking Grafton Notch today..maybe I can find a name for the new lady..that will kinda go with his...

Nice one guys! I've worked with most other US ratsnakes but I've always wanted to work with gray rats....just never found good stock. Looking good!

Gottcha. So the "Malt Phase" isn't a ressecive thing, it's just a variation of color correct??
