Perfect 10

I think I have enough favorites to fill a top 10 list, let's see...

We are very much alike you and I. Que evil laugh…

Hmmm Mike if I had to choose a 4x4 fast land boat thing I think it would have to be … well … it would have to be… umm…I'll get back to you.:sidestep:

Dang, we have a few of the same favorites, weird, I thought mine would be unique with all the Ferrari's, Bugatti's, MK's, etc, on those lists, LOL...

Almost all of my vehicles have been convertibles, I'm just drawn to a really cool 'vert.

I suppose nowadays I really just don't find cars that appealing. It's strange, I know, because I used to marvel at fancy cars before I got my license. Now I just find innovation to be the best part, not just bad ass looking sports cars. I like efficiency, accessibility, and safety.
But for innovation, efficiency and safety you have to look to the supercars.... All those things filter down from the technology they invent....LOL

I think I have enough favorites to fill a top 10 list, let's see...

1) Jaguar MK II
2) Orange Lamborghini Gallardo
3) Jeep Brute (Wrangler PU Kit)
4) Lotus Exige S240
5) 1954 Aston Martin DB2/4 Bertone Spider
6) Alfa Romeo 8C Spider
7) 1963 Lincoln Continental convertible w/suicide doors
8) 1967 Chevy Nova SS convertible
9) 1946 Plymouth Woody, to pull my
10) 1942 Chris Craft Runabout
Not a bad call.....
1963 Lincoln Continental convertible w/suicide doors...
Isn't that the only 4 door convertible ever made...
The rear doors had to be suicide as there was no central pillar tp mount them on....

You dont need a big car to go shopping in, mine does just fine, and shes tiny
You can get your shopping in any car, but the perfect garage has to have a luxury shopping trolley in there somewhere...
It has to be fast, capable of carrying all the family and a months worth of shopping in any conditions, (what happens if you are snowed in)

Actually there were a few 4 door convertibles in the 50's and 60's but that was when cars had full frames under them. Today's unibody vehicles couldn't handle the stress, except... wait for it.... The 4 door Jeep Wrangler! Of course I prefer my '06 2 door, the last year with 4.0 S6 and 6 speed Manual... :dancer:

Oh dang, had to edit, That car was also the one Kennedy was shot in...

i'm not much of a car person...my ideal car is one that gets me from point A to point B without breaking down, using the least amount of money as possible.

A guy I used to work with has a Roadrunner w/440 and nitrous. I would always tell him I loved his car, but too bad it was painted metallic purple. We used to call it the Barney Mobile...

I like the Willys too and only came across one for sale cheap that I wanted really bad. My friend, who worked on cars, was with me and when the guy wasn't looking stuck a screwdriver through the passenger door while tapping for bondo... We got out of there real quick :sidestep:
