    Yes, that really does sound like something I might like! We have beets growing AND 2 kinds of arugula! Now if only I had goats.....lol!! Thanks so much for sharing, I think I might have to make something like that in the near future, Ray-Ray! :)

    I went out for a late lunch today with Lisa and she had a salad that I thought you might like. I even tried a bite and like it!!
    It was baby arugula lettace, beets slice to the size of a nickel, goat cheeze and walnuts. I'm not fond of beets but with everything together it worked. Just wanted to share, Pookie

    Ehh It happens. She is in blue right now so I figure I will try once more to put her with Sundance after she sheds. If she is still not interested then I will leave her be and if she is still with me next season then we will try again.

    WE HAD A LOCK!!!! They didn't leave any evidence that I could take a picture of but I saw them locked. YAY!!!! We are going to have some pretty babies!!!
