Hi, welcome to the forum! That is certainly hotter than what is acceptable long term for a corn, but for short term, it is not enough to burn them or cause neurological damage. Keep in mind their natural range in the wild can get that hot. Do you have your heat source on the tank hooked up to a thermostat too? If not, I would recommend getting one so if something like that happens again, the tank thermostat will read the temp and turn off, so at least you wouldn't be getting extra heat.
