Nothing Fancy, But..

Figured I'd post my corn snakes. Nothing fancy, but I love them dearly.

I have two normal corns and an albino. My norm female is named Jera, my norm male is named Obi, and the albino is named Dahlia.

I've had my norms for thirteen years (since they hatched) and they are my first reptile pets. The wildlife center in Wekiva Springs, Florida, had an accidental clutch and they were giving away babies, so I signed up for some. I'm very proud and happy to have had them with me for as long as I have and I hope for many more years, though my male is slowing down. He's unusually large too, sitting at five feet in length. My female is a smaller, but was an educational snake that I would take to schools and seminars. She was almost in a theatrical play and got to meet Michael Dorn (who said she was lovely).

The albino baby is actually the offspring of Jera from a pairing last year! I was very excited to have had a successful clutch of twenty-six. We didn't lose an egg or hatchling.

I plan to breed Dahlia down the road and keep the bloodline going for fun. lol
