That's great Tisha, This thread/Sticky would be an awesome place to direct "nubes".

What about "hibird"? old cs.com joke

Seriously, How about:

Hybrid
Intergrade
Locality
Line-bred (trait)
Fauna ( Faunaclassifieds, Rich's other site)
BOI ( Board of Inquiry)
Saddles ( blotches)
Nuchal area (neck)
Slug
Hateling
dominant
recessive
substrate
genotype
phenotype
masking
hurricane (motley)
* you could include or specify 'diffuse' under bloodred, the genetic vs. line bred

If you need any help with definitions, you can PM me.

Awesome list! The only thing that sticks out to me is that I might change "Abbreviations Commonly Used In Reference To Corn Snakes" to "Abbreviations Commonly Used In Reference To Snakes" ... since nothing in the list is really unique to corn snakes. Also some are more of definitions than abbreviations.. but that doesn't really matter.

ForkedTung listed some other good things that could be defined. And DUW is a must, lol.

What about IIRC? If I recall correctly? I know, weird that it's used often enough to warrant an acronym, but that's internet types for ya

Oh my gosh, or should I say "OMG". I just found this, and it has helped me so much (especially with the morph abbreviations). I plan to breed corn snakes later in life. And this has helped me get a head start on what I need to know. Thanks Tisha.

Great thanks, I just joined the forum and was wondering what some were.
(especially the 1.0, 0.1 stuff.)
