Spot on pictures

I keep getting a spot on my pictures in Aperture setting, but not in any of the others, always in the same spot. I have cleaned everything. The spot is always the same even at different zooms and focal lengths. Any ideas?

Is it a DSLR? sounds like dust or something on the sensor.

Dust on the sensor would show up regardless of the exposure setting...

Do you have an example?
