You would just call his morph masque. It is a dominant gene. Masque makes the belly have split checkers (like they're just on the edges on the belly) and the specific head pattern he has.

Thanks so much for explaining and helping me figure this out!
I’m guessing the masque gene is more common than uncommon?
I read the scalesss morph is the rarest..according to googling lol

Yeah, scaleless and palmetto are probably still the rarest single gene morphs.
