If she really is only 7 grams, she is not ready for a fuzzy. 7 grams is a typical weight for a newly hatched baby, so she should still be eating pinkies at that size.
Why is she the weight of a newly hatched baby at 4 months old??

No.

You are going to wait 14 days and then offer *half* a pinky, cut in half lengthwise. If she keeps that down you will wait another 7 days and offer the other half. Do that for 4 meals total. If she keeps all those down THEN you may move on to a single whole pinky once every 5 to 7 days.

And that's if she lives. Acting lethargic now is extremely worrisome. She needs to go to the vet.

She should not be offered a fuzzy until she's 25 to 30 grams. You can offer a peach-fuzzy a bit earlier than that.

I have a trial packet of reptivite. I wasn’t going to use it because it only mentions insects and veggies on directions but would it be ok to dust her pinky with it to get her strength back? And is there anything I can do to make sure she doesn’t get sick from regurgitating the food? Any sure signs to look out for the next 7 days that tells me she is sick from regurgitating or from something else?
Um, lethargy after the regurge is not a good sign. You might want to prepare yourself for some likely coming bad news. Hope for the best, though.

Baby snakes can be real fragile, and regurgitations are VERY dangerous for them. Feeding a fuzzy to a baby snake that has already had regurge problems probably wasn't a real good idea.

I agree with all of this. Even after a regurge, I have never noticed lethargy until they're about to die, sorry to say.

I noticed you said earlier that you added a red light for heat at night. Does she have a heat mat or are you only relying on lamps to keep her warm? What are the temps on the warm side and cool side?

I'm hoping no news is good news & that your baby was seen by a vet?
Granted mine is older, but her tank temps are 70° cool side; 80ish° warm (middle of her tank) & 90-95° basking side. This was determined by her vet. I do have a night time lamp set over the middle of the tank; as. My house runs cooler in the winter even with the heat.
She lives in a 40 gal breeder if sizing helps.

I had in total 5 snakes that I took care of them, and I can say that they are great pets that don't give you headaches, and it's easy to take care of them. The only thing is that you need to feed them with the right kind of meat and never give them some bad quality food. I had a problem with my Tyson(a cobra) that doesn't want to eat at all. I went to a few different vet clinics, and they all told me different things. Luckily my neighbor helped me with an article https://shelterapet.com/vet-near-me/...-near-me-2022/. There, I found the best specialist in snakes that helped us to overcome this situation.
