Framing First Shed

Hi my corn seems like he is getting ready for a shed. He’s normally out everyday and has been in his hide for a week. And it has me thinking that I would like to do something special with his first shed since I’ve had him. I was thinking of framing it and putting it on the wall. But that leaves me with some questions, can I use glue to keep it in place? What kind of frame would work best? Will it deteriorate over time so is it even worth it to frame it? Is there something I can spray on the shed to preserve it better?

And then it also had me thinking, have any of you kept the first shed and what did you with it?

Thanks!

Okay maybe I won’t do it. Everyone I’ve told so far has given me a disgusted face and told me I’m weird. But those are non snake owning people who don’t have a clue how awesome snakes are.

Snake discovery had a recent video about making jewelry from sheds. That might be an option for you.

What a cool idea! Much cheaper and easier than mounting a huge shed.

Im going to try this! I’ll post a pic of it when it’s complete. Still waiting on my guy to shed.

I have one from each of mine framed. My friends think I'm weird, but going to be making jewelry out of the next ones.

Cool! I’m not the only one who thinks that’s awesome lol.

What kind of jewelry are you going to make? Are you going to do it like the ones in the video posted on here?

Ya it does! Let me know how yours turns out. I ordered all the materials on amazon so just waiting for them to get here. I’m going to make them as Xmas gifts for my niece and nephew. They’ll appreciate them lol. And of course I’ll make one for me too!
