To supplement or not..

My question is after searching the hubandry/care thread I came up with opposing thoughts/views on supplementing vitamins (calcium, multi, d-3) I have a young 13g female and just want to make sure she’s getting the best care possible. I would like to know what some seasoned owners/breeders think about this.
