Here's my advice:
Give him two or three days in between feeding attempts. On his feeding day, wait until the evening, then place him in a small, ventilated container. Put that container in a quiet, dark place. Leave him be in the container for about half an hour. Heat up a frozen pinkie using very hot water. Drop it in with him, close the lid, and leave it with him for another half hour. Check on him after that. If he hasn't eaten, reheat it and leave it with him overnight. If he still hasn't eaten by morning, throw it away and try again in a few days.
Do feel free to add a bit more stuff to his enclosure. And I would also recommend ceasing any recreational handling until he's eaten several times for you.
Good luck and please let me know how it goes!
