Mold in Egg Box!!

My 7 eggs have been incubating nicely for 3 weeks.
All are looking perfect.
After just inspecting them however I noticed a powdery mold developing on the spagnum.
Should I remove the eggs and change the Spagnum ?, or just leave them as they are?
Anyone else had this problem?

I'd change it. Just make sure to not turn the eggs.

I've used listerine and a cue-tip to gently rub away mold on what I know are good eggs.
