05 Milksnake Phase from Traci

carol

Down with the sickness
This little girl just shed and she is smokin'. I should have gotten a better background for her but by the time I figured that out she was through posing. Thanks Traci for such a great girl!

Oh yeah baby she looks great!!! I am so glad you like her, and am so flattered that you are posting a picture of a snake that YOU got from ME! Cause you my idol Carol. hahahahah
But you helped with that one because you allowed me to purchase such a nice male earlier this year. Next year we'll get to see how he does with your girl Awesome! That is a perfect name for her cause I am in awe when I look at her! :)

Speaking of her, let me know if I need to send some money for food, I know that girl can throw back the mice! And thanks again she is just great, some of the nicest red I have seen on a MSP!

That is a great pic! My 2 boys from Traci look very similar to her. The contrast is absolutely stunning with them (my girls are pretty too - but the boys are amazing!)

Awesome snake! Love the colors.

Although, paint me stupid. It looks like a Miami to me. Whats the difference between a Milk Snake Phase and Miami when they look like that? To me, Milk Snake Phase looks like Milk Snakes in that their saddles are "fatter" than corn snakes.

It's kind of like the question of how much yellow can a Candy Cane have before you can not call it a Candy Cane.
Ideally Milksnake Phases are banded, have low saddle count, are Miami colored, and have wide spaces of background color between their saddles. I have lots of Milksnake Phase that don't follow every single one of those requirements but I feel are still different enough to be called MSP. I have a feeling this girl's saddles will have a more banded appearance as she gets older, but in the meantime she meets all the other requirements and both parents are MSP. I'll be breeding her to a male that has great banding but is more of a "coral" color instead of this lovely red. I sure hope some of the offspring get his banding with her color.

You'll never believe how this got dug up. I was trying to find pics of one of your wide-bordered Miamis for Zorro.

I forgot I got her from Traci, she had a nice eye for the Miamis and MSP's too. I think I sold the father and then asked for one of the offspring or something like that. I miss Traci.

Well, I hope Cherry's hatchlings are _anything_ like her as a baby!!

Hmm, I never made the Traci/Ultimuttone connection before. Interesting! I wonder where she is. Seems like she was here in the last couple years...
