'08 Amber Pair Donations!!

Thank you Brent,Rich and Jeff first off for all you three have done. Brent it was great to see you on Monday and have a chance to chat about our love of our pets and catch up!!

You are an amazing guy!!! You left both troy and I speechless with all your help and willingness to do anything for our family!! Jeff I just got to see what you did and all I can say is does anyone have a tissue. Since we started this ordeal last spring I have been so touched by different people and their out pouring of love for our family. This has been a really difficult time it is my second battle with cancer and it has spread we have found out yesterday. But with people like the CS family praying for us and being so sweet and kind you just make me want to fight this with everything I have.

I know we all have our own battles but so many of you have sent such sweet personal notes that have just made me smile. Please forgive me for not getting on each day. To thank you all. I've been trying to keep up with the posts and the little thing I can do is add a thank you for your kindness.

You all really have no idea how much this means to us!! My husband is Us military and we are stationed in Canada and we travel 2.5 hours for all of my chemo treatments, surgeries,dr's appts so normally 3-4 times a month we are away from our kids that is the reason I have had to part with my plans on being a breeder. I know I can't leave my son with taking on all of this right now that is why this gorgeous pair is up for re-homing. I love that term as I pray whoever wins them will love them as much as I did for the year that I had them.

Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart and I will try to get on as much as I can to thank each of you for supporting us in your thoughts.

Kimber

Twizzy, I am sorry to hear of your situation. I too have been battleing cancer for just over a year now. I am sure who ever is lucky enough to be able to re-home your butters will love them totally :) I wish you all the very best in your battle *hug*

Well then, that would mean your name would have to be drawn twice . . . what are the chances of that??! :)

Nah, I'll let you draw her name for the ambers and my name for the rack. I think that's fair, don't you? I wouldn't want to be greedy :D :D :D

Now I get it. I thought you were referring to me, not bekers. It all makes sense now! . . . Of course I'm supposedly only taking care of them for somebody else that's donated! :eek1: :)

Ok, well I made my donation! I'd also like to put forth an offer/promise. If I win, I formally and officially promise that the previous owner will have the right to take the snakes back from me. I live in Canada, and have no problem shipping the snakes to you in a year or two or whenever you are ready! I'm not really a big breeder by any means and all my snakes have names and do get handled for short periods at least once weekly.

I will of course be attempting to breed them <or at least the female> as long as she is healthy enough. If even one clutch is had then I am MORE than greatfull and could likely even pay to ship the snakes back to you in Canada <can't ship into the states>! I surely wish you a speedy remission and all the best, you deserve the ability to get your beloved snakes back in the future! Let us help! :)

Hey, only 10 days left! :) What's the ticket count?

Rebecca
Funny you should ask. Just had another donation this evening. There has been $385 donated with 476 opportunities given out. There are only 10 days left. If you're still planning to make a donation, please do so. The generosity that has been displayed from members of this site to date is wonderful to see and reinforces my belief this is "home".

Thanks,

Better make that ANOTHER donation. I just sent you one Brent. This is an awesome thing your doing, just great...Also I'll keep you updated on "Hotsauce" that's the girl you just sent me, I'm breeding her to "Tobasco" the Bloodred. They kinda checked each other out today, but I just don't think she's ready, next shed-crossed fingers. K

Got the email and sent you a confirmation. Thanks for your generosity! Good luck with all your breeding projects but especially with "Hotsauce".
