Nice... I produced a couple of these a few years back by accident. I put a `Guarenteed` ButterMott male in with my Miami and ended up with 6 eggs... Guess should have gotten a second opinion on the Butter though...
Motleyxstripe denotes genetics. A motley-stripe is a snake with 1 motley gene and 1 stripe gene. A pinstripe motley is a motley with a 'stripey' look to it. It can be homozygous motley and still have a near-perfect stripe.
I know that genetics can be confusing.
The stripes from a stripe gene are different looking than these Motley stripes.
Beautiful snake! Miami's are one of my favorites!
Very pretty! I have Miami Motleys with stripes from head to tail, complete stripes, who do not carry the stripe gene. Stripe doesn't have anything to do with pinstripe.
Hi
Yes, i am a 'plant horder'
i learnd this in scool, now planting is my hobby.
We have a lot of sukkulent plants from south africa because they are so uniqu in their growing forms. love the thick caudex !!! Out Bowiea are about 10 years old....every year she grow's till she gets on the flor and then she bloom
My Boyfriend and i loooove the succulent plant's at most, but in the bad month who are grey and cold, we need a little bit green around us, so we have many many greenplants too !
WOW! Your little one is really really pretty!! Possible silly question, as he gets older, will the stripe pattern fade? Or do the pinstripe motleys keep the stripe? I love the colors on his sides as well...
Thank you !
Well, i a picture of his parents say no (i image it here in this post)... the stripe thing would't fade... but only the time will share.. its my first miami motley, but he don't disappointed me at all - i think he is one of my beautiest snakes
