Watch this movie for the first time the other night. It left me very confused. After looking up ideas about the ending im not quiet sure how I feel about the movie.

HAL is really cool and his final sequence real puts a cool surreal feeling in me

however some of the sequences take way to long to happen. shots continue for long periods of time and give rise to boredom. some of the acid sequence seem well like they would be better if I was on acid....

When you first saw this movie how did it affect you is it because i am young and spoiled on fast paced movies?
