This was an egg from retained sperm from last year between Maui and Miami. I'd been going to give the girls the year off but they both seem determined to keep pumping out semi fertile-infertile clutches. So I just paired Maui and Miami up again and will pair Cairo with Luxor here soon too.

Anyway, this little one hatched a few hours ago and weighed 1.9 grams.

Thanks! It's been long enough since I've had fresh babies that I'm really startled at how stinking small it is, although its a good size for a hatchling.
 
Aww, someday I'm going to get one of these guys. He's really cute; I love his tiny little 'eyelashes'.
