2014 Avalanche - Mukluk

This is one of my little keepers, the only avalanche out of a 16 egg clutch. She is the feistiest, bitiest, rattliest, muskiest, wiggliest baby out of the whole clutch, but I think she's adorable nonetheless. It does make getting nice photos of her difficult, however. I thought that maybe I could set her on the grass for a nice colorful backdrop, but no way. As soon as her nose touched the grass, she was off like a shot. Maybe in a few months!

Thanks! I'll be interested to see how she develops because I've never seen one in person before.

The beautiful ones always seem to have the most attitude, it's like they know they are hot stuff :)
