"This is mind blowing ....from one hatching egg yesterday caramel pied x double het caramel pied not one baby snake but four .....yes four snakes in one egg. Unfortunately two were dead in the egg slightly undeveloped and two have survived so far but they are so small they don't even register on scales. Not sure they will survive but please see picture below of the two survivors with another newly hatched snake giving you some idea how small they are. Iam still getting my head around four in one egg."

that's amazing, I too hope they survive aswell!!
their sooo tiny though it dosent look promising.. :(
 
I never heard of four babes in one egg so I figured it was post worth...even if they lost two of them. They are tiny. i hope they live too.
 
Essentially the same as human identical quadruplets - it happens, but very rarely. Poor little scale babies - I hope the two survivors make it...
