For a second I thought this was going to be basketball pictures lol. And I don't even like/know basketball.

Great pictures, as always! What kind of background setup are you using? With the sand, that isn't outside, is it?
 
I love Slate's eye color! So different from the others.

Tavia- Bill Love does this little photographing reptiles talk where he recommends gathering up containers of whatever cool sand/dirt/substrate you find outside, and keeping it for photography. You can set up a little diorama inside, with all these natural props you've collected, and no one will ever know.
 
What kind of background setup are you using? With the sand, that isn't outside, is it?
It a large tray with a layer of all purpose sand purchased from Home Depot. It works very well as it hides shadows and provides a firm footing for the snakes, unlike poster board where they tend to slip and slide. I have a vacuum handy as larger snakes will toss the sand.
