It has been so cool seeing all your pics today, Trixterpup. I think we should all take a road trip up north to tour your snake room! ;)

Hahaha.. maybe.

Hi grumpy face!
yeah he is a grumpy lil fellow

We don't see enough pics of pits...... Beautiful snakes......

Mike you are right, you dont see to many pits and they are a wonderful snake. They have personality and they have size but still not being that bulky of a snake.

Your dead right. We have a few nice snakes, and Morelia are my favourite sp.
But Sid our pit is my favourite snake.... The scales are amazing, and the attitude humorous..... :grin01:

What is the general temperment of pine snakes? Just curious

LOL well they are not like corns. :)

They are by Far the most grumpiest of snakes. They will not bite but they will hiss and holler at you to let you know they are upset with you. They are not like some kings that get aggressive and will bite everything they can get their jaws on. They just show alot of bluff and rattle their tales to show their displeasure. But mind you, if they are comfortable with you, you can hold them and work with them. I actually enjoy them very much, they have the most personality of any snake.
