Amel Sunkissed?

I have a 11 week old amel corn, I know he is nowhere near the age and weight of breeding. But I soon will be looking for another so they are both around the same age when they are old enough for breeding. I love sunkissed corns but obviously they contain the black pigment amels can't have. Is it possible to breed them? Or will problems occur? Thanks

Sunkissed amels do exist. Here's a link to some pictures of them: http://iansvivarium.com/morphs/sunkissed_amel/

Unfortunately, unless your little amel is carrying the sunkissed gene (and his mate would have to carry the amel gene), breeding him with a sunkissed would just give you normals all carrying the amel and sunkissed genes, but not expressing them.

How interesting, the place I brought him from just called him a corn, because they had no idea his genes are as when the brought the female she was already carrying the eggs. Once they hatched she produced so many different morphs that they didn't know what he was. I just match him up with a amel morph. So it'll be quite interesting to see what he can produced. thanks very much for your quick reply:)
