If I bred a type 'a' anery with a type 'b' anery could i get type 'a's that dont develop yellow under the head?

You'll get normals in the F1. (That is, the offspring from breeding an Anery A to a Charcoal will be normal.)
If you were to breed the F1s together, you'll have a lot of fun trying to figure out which of the offspring would actually be expressing both type A and type B.
Even then, some type B anerys (Charcoals) do in fact develop yellows.
