I was shocked when I first saw Scott...... I thought he would be a 50yo prof... With a white coat and half moon glasses.... LOL
Reality is.... He's very very young.
He takes some of the best pics I've ever seen...
And he's great at imparting his knowledge and experience on you so you can try it....
Granted, he has a sophisticated set up, but you still need talent to get shots like that....
I'm trying to get him to join us here, so he can post his own pics, but he doesn't have the time..... Shame really, as I only post the ones I like. You may like some of the others.... I have posted a link to his site somewhere so you can all check out the other stuff....
 
Those are gorgeous shots, I love the entire catalog you have going. It takes a lot for me to appreciate anything about spiders, but those photos really do showcase them in a positive light. From the colors, detail, and composition, I really enjoy every aspect.

Those are by far the BEST macro shots I have ever seen!

they should be..i was taught by the best..and have been hard at it every single day for the past 2 years.i had some trouble,long story,but i had 2 years off work.so i spent it shooting bugs every day.after getting in touch who i consider 2 of the best bug macro photographers on the net i got help from them for about a year..then i had another year practicing more.now i get shots like this every time.its good to hear you you like em so much,,
