Meg, your pic demonstrates why I love cats over dogs! I know this pic just shows dogs chillin', but the cats do the funniest and silliest things with each other!

They are pretty feisty. The kitten is new...she replaced our beautiful boy that was killed by a foster dog I had :( She is pretty wild though! The dogs play just as hard as the cats do...I just had the three of them on a sit stay at the time to get all three....

Which is precisely the beauty to which I was referring.
The reciprocal interaction with canines demonstrated by their ability to grasp and execute trainable finely-tuned behaviors.
For a treat...or just to please... :D ;)

Just for praise...I don't use treats for training.....They are awesome dogs...I enjoy the heck out of my cats too though. I always have had both and found a lot of joy in each. Nothing like a cat curling up on your chest purring away....

I am a dog person more so than cats...I like other people's cats more than my own (I talk a lot of smack but I like my cats too...most of the time). I have 3 dogs and 2 cats...I always say "no more cats when these 2 are gone" but I am a SUCKER for a kitten so we'll see.

I might add that my husband taught the cats to sit on command and wait for their food so they CAN learn as well! I call him the Cat Whisperer....
