I only managed to get a couple decent shots at Nanci's house last weekend. Snakes wouldn't sit still long enough for me to get more than this unfortunately. Good thing I am so close to Nanci so I can go try again!!

I <3 my lawnmower! It's a year old. I had a Sears mower, and it died. Like the PTO melted.
But I thought I could fix it! Got the part, installed it, was happily mowing away, and it melted and died.
Electric problem- beyond my capabilities. And I'd mowed with a hand mower for over a year till attempting to fix it myself.
So I went to Sears. They would not give me more credit unless I paid off my $2000 card I already had.
Um, if I had $2000, I could just pay cash for a lawn mower! So there's this radio ad all the time about a local John Deere dealer.
Green South. I applied for financing, and got it! At 5%!! Instead of Sears 24%!!
I researched mowers on-line for a week, (it was hard to decide- they were so much better than Sears, even the bottom of the line JD!)
then I got the bottom of the line model of the second from the bottom line-up. Still- it's amazing!! Very tall, too.
So thank you John Deere for saving my lawn mowing life!!

The snake is Mingo.

I can't get used to seeing myself in pics with practically white hair. Very strange.

yay, I KNEW you were the famous professional photographer that everyone's been talking about!! Those are some great shots, I love the one of Nanci "in action".

Aww I wish I lived near you guys, looks like you were having too much fun to take a ton of pictures!
 
Forgot to say this before so, great pics Katie and thank you for sharing them! :) (You know I'm so jealous of you right now, don't you? Of course you do! ;) )
