Box turtles at the zoo

So i went to the philly zoo on sat when i noticed a very intresting box turtle female she was very light with almost no pattern on her shell and i also saw a normal male try to mate with her, She didnt seem to happy:crazy01: enjoy.:cheers:

Sorry for not many pic but Box turtles are amazing and i never pass up a good pic!
 
I had the same experience at the Phoenix Zoo only SUPER SIZED...

We sat there and watched for a good 20 minutes ;)
 
Are you sure that female is an eastern box? It looks a lot like a western 3-toed box maybe?
