Breeding a (really) young male

So I've gotten this little guy about a month ago and yesterday I held him together with my normal Tessera (female) of about the same age to take some photographs of their differences in pattern. Well... He started to do the twitchy thing, penises out and all.

He is born in september 2014 and I was wondering if I could breed him already and if his sperm would be good to make babies?

Here's a picture of the tiny guy (excuse the poo, cleaned it right afterwards):

He's way younger and smaller than I would try. I can't be sure of his size with nothing in the photo to put him to scale with, but he looks tiny. I'd give him at least until his first birthday for that present! ;)

One on my hand for size comparison:

I was just wondering if it was possible, don't want to harm him in anyway :)

Ooh, no no no!!! Especially with the female, she is WAY too small!

The guide to breeding is the "three rule": at least 3 years old, at least 3 feet long and at least 300 grams.

If you try to breed her she WILL become eggbound because she is so tiny and won't be able to pass the eggs.

I know it is exciting and you will have beautiful babies, but you definitely won't have any if you breed now.

Please wait!!!

Nooo I was not talking about the female, just the male really as he showed interest! I have a few older females (2010/2011) that I would breed him with. I know about the 3-3-3 rule ;)

I really care about my snakes and wouldn't put them in a position like that, hence why I'm asking if it's even possible to breed the male.

Oh, thanks for clearing that up! You are one of the few who actually knows that and bothered to ask. Most people would have just wanted some "pretty babies" because the daddy is ready to go. I was just thinking the female was that tiny too!

I agree with Chip, wait a year before he gets his "gettin' on"!

Okay thanks for the info, I will wait until next year :)

@smigon I explained about the tiny female as I was taking photos of them together to show the differences in pattern and then he did the whole twitchy thing etc, but I would never let him breed with such a small female!

Here are some of those photos:
