Building my own snake cage.

I was wondering if anyone had any urls/pics/sites with a detailed description of how to build a nice snakecage?

I'm thinking of doing that for my snake whe he's bigger - if I start now it should be done in time ;)

I have a quick question. People recommend 20 gallon vivs for adult corn snakes ... is this the minimum or ideal size?

i.e. if I had a 40 gallon tank would this, from the snake's point of view, be better, worse or indifferent?

Cheers

20Gal LONG is generally considered the minimum sized aquarium for an adult cornsnake. So yes, you can house a corn in a 40 gallon just fine. Reguardless of how big the cage (as long as it's not too small), corns will generally be happy as long as they have enough places to hide.

Seems like ppl got carried away by the 2nd thread, and forgot about my question :) But anyways...a have an almost 175cm long, adult cornsnake(don't know what that is in inches though), and really need to build him a new home,so if anyone can help me out with some scetches, insructions, pics etc , I would be very greatful!
Thx in advance
