Arrrr. Buried treasure, ye say. I'd like to sail over there and plunder yer booty, savvy?

Thanks Janine! I think Karl is trying for more this year, whether he is successful or not will be another story. I really hope he manages to get them to cycle and produce a viable clutch again. Sunbeams are wonderful little snakes, and having people like Karl Green produce CB babies for enthusiasts like myself is all anyone can ask for. I'd love to see more and more around instead of parasite ridden WC specimens that just don't last long in the wrong conditions.

Heres hoping we can produce F2 babies (unheard of in the hobby so far) in a good few years!

Such amazing rainbow effects ... She's ~beautiful~!

Coincidence: I rarely see them offered but, just before logging on, & seeing this, I saw some Xenopeltis unicolour for sale ... but they are wild caught.

Oh, I'm so happy to hear there's some CB ones now! Nnnng... if I had the time that's a project I'd want to get into... maybe the babies will be easier to CB?

Unfortunatley thats always the case. Hell I even saw a sub adult for sale in petco when I was in Texas over the summer LOL

Wow she got hooge! What kinda moose are you feeding that shiney gal? :p

Shes on fuzzies now! These things are eating machines. They digest things stupidly quick.

Well I am hoping so. The issue with breeding WC adults is gettint them to cycle which is apparently impossible. It's easier if you got WC juvies that obviously aren't big enough to have bred brefore. Apparently females just will not cycle in capitivity if they have bred before in the wild. I dunno much about this though, and I don't actually know about how to go about breeding these wee creatures. I guess in 2 or 3 years Ill cross that bridge.

I remember being blown away by these little snakes when you very first got them. They are still unbelievably amazing!!

Thanks Allison. I am blown away everytime I open their boxes. I just LOVE that feeling about the snakes we keep.

holy crap! How you do you end up with all these amazing snakes?
*pouts* I still want a plain ol' hognose though. YOU CAN'T TEMPT ME

I harassed the breeder for months. As soon as I knew his WC female had laid I never left him alone LOL. Poor Karl :dancer:
