Can you post a photo of your Ultra Hypo Butter Motley male?

How do you know it is Homo Ultra, Amel, Caramel and Motley?

Good question Joe

He is from a breeding of an Ultra Hypo Motley male het Amel and Caramel to another Ultra Hypo het Motley and Butter. I still have a few of his clutch mates and they are all Ultra hypo. Here is a pic of him and some of the Ultra Hypo siblings from the same clutch or at least the same breeding pair.
Thanks for asking,
Jason

Sorry
but those photos looks like a regular hypo to me...
plus that butter doesn't really look like an Ultra Hypo Butter Motley to me...but if it, Congrats~!

Thanks for sharing the photos~!

Here is a normal Hypo for comparison

Keep in mind that I am not working with the best camera. Now that you can see them side by side, I don't think there should be any doubts.

Simons,

I know what you mean, but they don’t look like Standard Hypos to me.

It seems as if there are two hypos that are being called an “Ultra” or at least two different looks within the Ultras. Kat’s Ultra and Jason’s Ultras look quite different. I know Kat’s is a Motley, but I have seen other Ultras that look like Kat’s as well that are not Motley. Strawberries have been called Ultras in the past too.

I have seen other Ultra Hypos from Roylance and Falcon that look like Jason’s as well. It would be interesting to breed the two difference looking Ultras together and make sure they are the same hypo gene. Perhaps, difference localities are giving them their differences in appearance, but the differences are dramatic. Maybe it is just that Kat’s is a Motley, and the lightening effect of the Motley is causing the dramatic difference.
