If you have a cornsnake, then you need a 20Gal Long cage, not a 15Gal. Either way, your best bet is to buy one at a petstore. Most people do not ship cages, and the breeding forum is an inappropriate place to post about wanted housing. Try to use a little consideration with your posts please?

Save yourself some money and get the 20 gal long tank now instead of the 15. As your snake grows it will need the bigger tank.
As you sign on, on the forum you will see all the categories that you can post on. You will get NICER responce if you post in the right area.
