Go Ahead, Make My Day!
In 2006, I picked up a female granite for Joe. Before shipping her to him, I bred her to my male bloodred. I chose a pair of the resulting hatchlings for my "services". He had a remaining male from the clutch that didn't sell as he was "ugly". He actually looked like his father, so I asked for him and Joe sent him with the others. Achilles II is the one showing off his lovely belly, Apollo is hanging out on the dead branch and in the side close-up, and Andromeda is the lovely curled on the old log and in the more head-on close-up.

Pretty babies! I like Andromeda the most- I guess I like it when they retain some pattern.
 
Thanks everyone for the nice comments! Both Andromeda and Apollo are great example of bloodreds. She just posed better under better lighting than he did. If they all continue to grow at their current rate, they'll be more than ready to breed in '09. I'll be hoping for some granite hatchlings, and plan to pair one of my dilute anery motleys to Apollo (or Achilles, depending upon when the 2 females are ovulating) as well.
