Californians, where do you get your food?

I just moved to Orange County about 3 months ago, and my food supply is running low. I used to get my food from RodentPro at the local reptile show, but I don't see that being an option so far around here.

So my question is.. where do you get your food? Is it easier/more affordable to order online or from a local breeder/company?

Any info you can share is greatly appreciated. :)

I order mine in from rodent pro. Last order I combined with Carol, and in previous orders I've combined with some other local people. It helped save on the shipping cost a bit.

Layne labs also has good pricing and attends a lot of CA shows, they also have decent shipping prices since they are in CA. If I need a big order, I go with Rodent Pro because you can mix and match sizes for the quantity discount. However, if I just need a quick little order of one size, I go with Layne.

Thanks for the replies.

I'm thinking of going with a RodentPro order. All the prices I have found around here are all at least twice as much as I usually pay. And since I have always used RodentPro in the past I feel better knowing the product already.

If either of you want to, or know someone that would, like to combine an order with RP I'd love to do it. I just calculated a quote and what I want would only fill 46% of a box.

Oh no! You're two days late! I had to place the order by Thursday in order to get them next week. :( Next time?
